"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." - Dave Barry
Freedom from Compulsive or Emotional Eating
Julie grew up in a family of emotional eaters, so she understands, personally and professionally, what it's like use food to soothe feelings. In the mid 1990s, she was introduced to the non-diet approach which advocates healing the underlying reasons why we overeat.
By not dieting, Julie was finally able to stop overeating once and for all. Her weight stabilized and has remained constant for over ten years. Julie is committed to passing along what she has learned so that others can free themselves from the obsession with food, diets and appearance.
You can learn this effective method of addressing problems with food, weight, and body image. The non-diet approach works for
- Overeaters
- Chronic Dieters
- Binge Eaters
- Emotional Eaters
- Bulimics
- Food "Addicts"
