"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." - Dave Barry

Freedom from Compulsive or Emotional Eating

I grew up in a family of emotional eaters, so I understand, personally and professionally, what it's like use food to soothe feelings. In the mid 1990s, I was introduced to the non-diet approach which advocates healing the underlying reasons why we overeat.

By not dieting, I was finally able to stop overeating once and for all. My weight stabilized and has remained constant for over ten years. Best of all though, my thoughts and energy are no longer consumed with appearance and dieting.

You can learn this effective method of addressing problems with food, weight, and body image. The non-diet approach works for
  • Overeaters
  • Chronic Dieters
  • Binge Eaters
  • Emotional Eaters
  • Bulimics
  • Food "Addicts"
