"I don't have a weight problem - I have a self-care problem that manifests through weight." - Oprah Winfrey

Freedom from Compulsive or Emotional Eating

Do you struggle with...
  • Overeating
  • Chronic Dieting
  • Binge Eating
  • Emotional Eating
  • Bulimia
  • Food Addiction
We know what it is to believe that your worth is determined by your waist size or the number on the scale. We know the pain of self-judgment, feeling not good enough, not thin enough. We know what it is to stand in the kitchen, facing the bottom of the ice-cream container, feeling terrible and wondering, why did I just do that?

Jill and I have both struggled with food and weight issues. We've also both found peace, comfort and self acceptance through the process of looking inward, asking what we are really hungry for, and learning to feed our hungers, both physical and emotional, in ways that are healthy, caring and self-attuned.

If you've had an inking (or full-blown realization) that your food and weight issues are about more than food or weight, we invite you to contact us. We would be honored to share what we've experienced ourselves - that it is possible to find peace with food and peace with your body.

We want to share this too, even if you don't believe it right now. You are enough, exactly as you are right now. You always have been.
