Active Addictions/Early Recovery
If you're actively using or in your first 6-months of recovery from alcoholism or drug abuse, anorexia or bulimia, the emotional nature of therapy may be overwhelming. Please continue working your program and then check back. Because of the limits of individual practice, I don't work with people who may require medical intervention or urgent care. I do work with people who have at least six months of recovery and feel ready to explore the emotional aspects of their addiction.
